Cancellation Policy: 50% refund will be available until August 1, 2015. No Refund after August 1, 2015.

ONE-DAY RATES: If due to SIGGRAPH activities or other events, you are only able to attend one day, please contact the general chair at abanic at cs.uwyo.edu to inquire about availability of one-day rates.

There was an error on the website booking. If anyone tried to book in the past couple weeks and received a message that the rate was unavailable, then this was received in error. The problem has been fixed, as such the hotel block rate of $169/night has been extended through Aug 3, 2015. If you encounter the problem again please contact the hotel directly.
